AI that empowers humans — especially in sales, where communication matters most.
We’ve trained thousands of sales reps across high‑ticket, D2D, B2B, SaaS, and commercial markets. Manually interviewing and roleplaying at scale showed us the limits of traditional training — it’s time‑consuming, hard to measure, and inconsistent.
In early 2024, we started building an AI training platform because off‑the‑shelf GPT solutions weren’t good enough: poor voice quality, high latency, and inconsistent responses. We built custom AI to deliver human‑like conversations with low latency and reliable coaching.
“Kendo” means practice with bamboo swords. We share that philosophy: deliberate practice with realistic feedback makes people better. Our vision is simple — AI should empower humans, not replace them.
